Impacts of Government Credit on Government Performance of Public-Private Partnership Project in China: A WSR System Theory Perspective

To alleviate project financial pressure and improve performance, the public-private partnership (PPP) arrangement was introduced by central government of China to facilitate sustainable development infrastructure. However, arising credit crisis from PPP may damage both private’s public’s interests, affect performance projects consequently. In order understand influence between we constructed a evaluation index system using Wuli-Shili-Renli theory, conducted questionnaire survey among people related based on 359 valid questionnaires. The results firstly indicated that are optimistic in China. Secondly, institutional environment, situation, management technology internal external communication all have positive impact PPP. Thirdly, can be increased improvement regional economic social development. These findings enrich knowledge relationship contribute clarifying thus provide basis for guide practice effectively.
